Mayor Frank W. Wozencraft telephoned officials at McKinney last night to call on Dallas for any possible aid that could be given in helping to care for victims of the storm at Melissa. The mayor offered to send doctors nurses, food, clothing or anything needed, but was told there was nothing more to be done before morning, when he would be advised as to relief measures necessary.
